What trends can we expect to see in Wellness in 2020?
The employee health and wellbeing industry has exploded in the market and shows no signs of slowing down.
Companies should now have health and wellbeing as a core business strategy rather than nice to have benefits.
Trends include; digital trends will continue to grow, we are starting to see telemedicine introduced across a number of companies, as well as lifestyle changes, for example, increasing flexibility and supporting mental health are all top of the agenda.
What is the difference between Wellbeing and Wellness?
We tend to use the terms interchangeably. However, Wellbeing is more holistic and Wellness is more physical health.
What is the difference between health insurance and wellness, do I need both?
To attract and retain staff it will be crucial to offer a comprehensive health insurance policy to your employees, this covers things like Inpatient, Outpatient etc. depending on what you would like to include.
