Travel Insurance Claims

You should always take your Emergency Assistance Travel Card abroad. Should you encounter any problems while travelling, phone the 24-Hour Worldwide Assistance Hotline first for advice and assistance.

If you require medical services due to accident, illness or emergency, call the hotline immediately. After receiving care, it is important to obtain a signed diagnosis or medical report from your attending medical professional. In the case of loss, delay, cancellation, postponement or curtailment, should you need assistance, you should contact the hotline. You must request full documentation from the airline, agent, medical practitioner or carrier, indicating details of the incident.
